Fischer 30-43 stamps have inscriptions "Plébiscite" at the top, "Marienwerder Kwidzyn" at the bottom and "Populi voluntas" in the ballot box, while Fischer 1-14 stamps have inscriptions "Commission Interalliée" at the top, "Marienwerder" at the bottom and "Populi voluntas" in the ballot box. The issues were printed in Milan, Italy.
